Emergencies include:
Water leaks (frozen pipes, broken water lines)
Gas leaks (Contact Duke)
No heat
No electricity
Locked out of an apartment ($150 fee to come out)
Broken window or door locks
Other security problems
Fire, wind, or storm damage
Sewer backups
No water in the entire unit
