To provide a Notice to Vacate (NTV), the resident must submit a written notice at least 60 days before their intended move-out date. If they do not submit a written 60-day notice, they may be subject to forfeiting their security deposit (per the lease terms)
How the resident should submit it:
Submit the notice through your resident portal "Give Notice' option
What the notice should include (so we can process it correctly):
Resident full name(s)
Community/address and apartment number
Requested move-out date
Reason for move-out
Forwarding address
Bank information for security deposit refund
If the resident is trying to end the lease early (before the lease expiration date):
They should submit the request through the online portal: Contact Us → “Request Notice to Vacate” and follow the early termination process
