You provide AltaFiber Internet but it is not working or connecting

We’re sorry to hear the internet service has been down and understand how frustrating that can be.

Since this is part of the community-wide Altafiber service, the fastest way to resolve the issue will be to contact Altafiber’s direct apartment support line under our property plan. Their team can review the bulk account status and troubleshoot the connection with you directly.

When you contact them, you can reference the “property-wide” or “bulk” account for the community so they can look into the pending status you mentioned.
