Before submitting a maintenance request, please try the following quick checks:
Check your electrical panel and make sure all breakers are switched ON.
Check your thermostat:
Is it set to HEAT?
Is the temperature set higher than the current room temperature?
Do the thermostat batteries need to be replaced?
Make sure it is cold enough outside for the heat to activate.
If you have tried these steps and the heat is still not working and the outside temperature is below 60°F, please submit a maintenance request and we will send a technician to assist.
