Make sure the wall control or switch for the AC unit is turned ON.
Check the thermostat batteries and replace them if needed.
Check and replace the air filter if it is dirty or clogged.
If the AC is still not working after these steps, please submit a maintenance request and our team will assist you.

If air conditioning was provided at the time your lease was signed, we are responsible for servicing and maintaining the system.
If AC was not provided as part of the lease, residents cannot require the property to install or provide AC.
AC repairs are considered routine maintenance, and our team will respond and take appropriate steps to address the issue.
During extreme heat conditions (for example, temperatures exceeding 100°F), we may take reasonable steps to help residents stay safe, such as providing temporary fans or portable AC units when available.
