Please ensure your lease is signed, payments are completed, and utilities (if applicable) are set up prior to move-in.
Lease should be signed within 24 hours after your applications approval
Move-In fees should be paid 7 days prior to move-in day.
Utilities included on the lease is included on the move-in fees.
Utilities not included on the lease must be transferred to resident's name prior to move-in and proof should be sent to [email protected].
