Log in to your resident portal.
Go to “Maintenance Requests.”
Click “Request Maintenance.”
Enter the following details:
Location: Which room or area needs attention.
Description: Explain the issue clearly.
Photos : Upload a picture to help the maintenance team.
Select “Submit Request.”
Track your request anytime in the portal.
