I need to remove someone from my lease. What do I need to do?

To remove a leaseholder from your unit:

  1. The remaining residents must provide recent pay stubs or proof of income to confirm they still qualify for the lease on their own.

  2. There is a $300 leaseholder change fee to process the removal.

  3. Once the income verification and fee are received, we will prepare the Leaseholder Change Addendum for all parties to sign.

  4. After signatures are complete, the removal will be finalized and all residents will be notified.
