To request a parking pass, please email us with the following information for each vehicle:
• Number of parking passes needed
• Vehicle details:
Make
Model
Color
License plate number
Once we receive this information, we will send a parking addendum to your resident portal for review and signature. You will receive an email notification with the subject line “Sign your lease for Prosper Communities.”
After the addendum is signed, we will provide details about the parking pass delivery schedule, and you will receive an email with those instructions.
